Michael Jordan – Director of Guest Development

Michael Jordan was just twenty years old when he started his casino career in Atlantic City. Since then, Michael has worked in gaming from coast to coast, for over fifteen years in places like Detroit and Las Vegas. Michael came to work at Pala Casino in August of 2005, excited to be a part of the Hosting Department. He knows the importance of making sure every guest has a great time, every time they visit Pala. Michael, and the Pala Host Department, do an excellent job in meeting the needs of each Pala guest. Michael invites you to come experience the warm hospitality of the Pala Host Team for yourself.

Michael Kim – Director of Asian Guest Development

Michael came to Pala Casino Spa and Resort in 2006 with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to speaking fluent Korean and English, Michael also has a Masters Degree in Hotel & Food Service Management. Michael always greets Pala’s guests with a welcoming smile and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable. Please look for Michael on the casino floor in the evenings.
