Michael Ka’ahanui – Director of Guest Development
Originally from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Michael Ka’ahanui joined the Pala Casino Spa and Resort team in September of 2004. Starting in Atlantic City and then from Las Vegas, Michael’s 13 year career has lead him through multiple gaming regions including Reno, Lake Tahoe, Laughlin and Tunica, Mississippi. Michael also brought with him a passion for Guest Development and a vision for providing a unique and memorable experience with over-the-top service. Michael Jordan – Guest Development Manager
Michael Jordan was just twenty years old when he started his casino career in Atlantic City. Since then, Michael has worked in gaming from coast to coast, for over fifteen years in places like Detroit and Las Vegas. Michael came to work at Pala Casino in August of 2005, excited to be a part of the Hosting Department. He knows the importance of making sure every guest has a great time, every time they visit Pala. Michael, and the Pala Host Department, do an excellent job in meeting the needs of each Pala guest. Michael invites you to come experience the warm hospitality of the Pala Host Team for yourself.
Greg Leung – Director of Asian Marketing
Prior to coming to Pala Casino Spa and Resort in 2006, Greg Leung spent 15 years in the Casino industry starting as a Pai Gow dealer in Tahoe, then moving on to becoming an Executive Host in Las Vegas. Greg speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and with almost 25 years in the guest service industry, Greg enjoys meeting people and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep the guest satisfied. Greg looks forward to helping you sometime soon.
