As a Pala Privileges cardholder, you’ll receive benefits reserved just for you. From special discounts to instant cash rewards to exclusive events, you’ll be rewarded in more ways than you thought possible. Must be 21 or older to gamble.
Privileges Dollars
Every time you play using your Pala Privileges Card, you’ll earn valuable Privileges Dollars. Spend them just like cash in our restaurants, at the Impulse Gift Shoppe, The Spa Boutique or to purchase tickets to concerts. Use them for hotel rooms, spa packages and hotel amenities. Or, convert your Privileges Dollars to Added Play. Added Play can be used just like cash in any of our over 2,000 slot machines or it can be converted into Added Play chips for use at one of our 87 table games.
Accumulating Privileges Dollars is easy. Dollars earned are based on average wager and length of play at any slot or video machine or at any table game.
Your Privileges Dollars Just Got More Valuable
You can now turn your Playable Privileges Dollars earned after May 1st into Added Play. For redemption, visit our new self-service kiosks and download your Playable Privileges Dollars for Added Play. Your Added Play will automatically be transferred onto your Privileges Card. Your Added Play is then available for play at any of your favorite slot machines or table games.
* You must have a minimum of $5 in Playable Privileges Dollars to convert to Added Play. Redemption will be in $1 increments for slots and $5 increments for table games.
* Added Play will be valid for 30 days from the time of conversion.
All Privileges Dollars earned while playing slots are eligible for redemption for Added Play. One third of the Privileges Dollars earned while playing table games are eligible for redemption for Added Play. Only Privileges Dollars earned after May 1, 2009 are eligible. How To Use Your Card
Slot Machine Play: Before you begin to play any of your favorite slot or video machines, simply insert your card into the panel located at each machine.
Table Game Play: Before you begin to play your favorite table game, present your card to the dealer to ensure you will be rated by the Games Supervisor.
Cardholders who play both slots and tables earn Privileges Dollars based on combined slot and table play.
