Harvey Rosen - Executive Casino Host

Harvey was born in Cleveland, Ohio. After the Army, he attended Ohio State University and quickly found his calling in retail the business. Harvey retired for a couple of years, but found that he really missed the daily contact and personal involvement with guests so he joined Pala Casino team as an Executive Host in the fall of 2004. Harvey looks forward to meeting you and to make your visit to Pala enjoyable and memorable.

Thu Martinez - Executive Casino Host

Thu Martinez earned her degree in Business Administration, and has been a professional in the Guest Service field for several years. Thu is fluent in Vietnamese and goes above and beyond to make sure each guest she encounters is given exceptional service. Please look for Thu during the day shift for a personalized & memorable gaming experience.

Michael Kim - Executive Casino Host

Michael came to Pala Casino Spa and Resort in 2006 with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to speaking fluent Korean, Michael also has a Masters Degree in Hotel & Food Service Management. Michael always greets Pala’s guests with a welcoming smile, and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable. Please look for Michael on the casino floor in the evenings.

Kendra Lee Goset - Executive Casino Host

Kendra Lee Goset is a native San Diegan who studied Business and Fashion at Palomar College before coming to Pala Casino Spa and Resort in August of 2003. After working in retail and customer service for more than nine years, Kendra has put those skills to work helping serve all of Pala’s valuable guests. Kendra works days and is ready to help you secure reservations on your next trip to Pala Casino Spa and Resort.

Susan Davis - Executive Casino Host

Susan Davis is a native Californian and has been with Pala Casino Spa and Resort since the opening in April of 2001. With 34 years in customer service, Susan has worked in St. Louis, San Francisco, Las Vegas and California. Susan loves being an Executive Host at Pala during the day shift and enjoys the personal interaction with guests, and helping to make their gaming experiences pleasurable every time they visit.

Kathy Sharp - Executive Casino Host

After completing her undergraduate studies in college, Kathryn began working at Pala Casino Spa and Resort in March of 2001, just prior to the Grand Opening in April. Kathryn was originally hired as a Casino Host, and was then promoted to Executive Casino Host in 2003, and has been happily helping serve Pala’s clientele during swing shift ever since. Please feel free to stop Kathryn while she is out on the casino floor during swing shift for help with any of your gaming needs.

Lord Jeffrey "L.J." Rojales - Executive Casino Host

Lord Jeffrey Rojales, or L.J., was born and raised in the Philippines, is fluent in Tagalog, and is currently working on a degree in Linguistics at Palomar College. L.J. has spent more than 8 years in the guest service industry, including three years at Pala Casino Spa and Resort. Whether you are looking for a private table or spa reservations, L.J. is here to help you during the swing shift.

Monica Zmek - Executive Casino Host

Monica Zmek has been with Pala Casino Spa and Resort since the opening in 2001, and is one of the original Hosts hired to the property. Monica has worked in the retail customer service industry for over twenty-five years, and loves to put her experience to work in the incredible pace of the casino industry. Monica understands and can speak some conversational German, though admits she is a little rusty. Monica loves every aspect of her job here at Pala, and cannot wait to be of service to you.
