Pala Casino RV Resort joined the small percentage of resorts to be awarded the coveted 10/10*/10 rating from the industry’s leading publication Good Sam. Pala Casino RV Resort’s top marks are in every category including facilities, restrooms and showers and visual appearance.
All registered guests and visitors use the Pala Casino RV Resort facilities and amenities at their own risk. The RV Resort, its owners, employees and agents are not responsible for loss, injury, or theft to persons or their property while on the RV Resort premises. The RV Resort is not responsible for the acts of its guests and visitors, or acts of nature.
1. Reserved Site
All guests must register at the RV Resort office prior to proceeding to their reserved site number. Guests are permitted ONE (1) RV and one vehicle per assigned site. All vehicles must be parked off the street and may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours. Pala Casino RV Resort does not store vehicles/RVs. Each RV owner is responsible for the orderly maintenance of their individual site; it is to be kept clean at all times. There is no mail service on property. Please make alternate arrangements with local mail service providers.
2. Check-out time is 12:00pm
Please be advised that Civil Code § § 799.22 and 1866 allow for removal of a recreational vehicle from a recreational vehicle resort when the guest fails to depart by the checkout time on the agreed date. S&R Towing 1-800-748-6686.
3. All charges must be paid in full when due
Unless specified otherwise in writing, the nightly and weekly site rental is due in full at the time of arrival.
4. All recreational vehicles
All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order. Pala Casino RV Resort must approve any RV 20 years and older. No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition (e.g., broken or cracked windows, flat tires, rusted, badly dented, or in need of paint) will be allowed to remain in the RV Resort. All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment.
Automobiles must be parked in designated parking areas. ONE (1) standard size passenger vehicle is allowed per site; the vehicle may not infringe on adjacent sites. Major vehicle repairs and on-property maintenance of RVs or other vehicles (e.g., motorcycles), including washing, oil changes, and lubes are prohibited in the RV Resort. Any vehicle not currently registered or not in running order (e.g., flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows) or is deemed to be in general poor condition, including exterior, may not be parked within the RV Resort. Operation of vehicles inside the RV Resort will be with extreme caution and all posted traffic signs must be obeyed. The speed limit is 5mph. No boats, utility trailers, storage trailers or auto trailers may be parked in the RV Resort without RV Resort approval. Vehicles in violation of these rules will be towed at the owners’ expense.
6. No “Drop Off”
All travel trailers and fifth wheels must be accompanied by a tow vehicle that will remain with the occupant unless there is prior approval from the RV Resort.
7. Skateboards, Wheeled Toys, and Golf Carts
Skateboards, hoverboards, roller-skates, or similar devices, and remote controlled toys, may not be operated inside the RV Resort or the Casino Spa Resort. Bicycles must be operated by adults, minors operating bicycles must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older at all times. Bicycles must be operated with caution, proper safety attire must be worn at all times and all traffic laws, signage and posted speed limits must be observed. Golf carts are allowed to be operated by licensed adults only; all passengers must be safely seated at all times, and must obey all posted traffic signs. The 5mph speed limit in and around the RV Resort is strictly enforced.
8. Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise
Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No motorcycles, diesel vehicles or other vehicles with louder than normal exhaust may be operated inside the RV Resort. No generators may be used in the RV Resort. All guests should be courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. Loud music is not permitted at any time. RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests and/or visitors while at the property. RV owners, their family members, guests or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other RV Resort guests will not be allowed to remain on the property.
9. Only outdoor patio furniture
Only outdoor patio furniture may be stored outside the RV. All indoor furniture, major appliances, and household and cleaning supplies must be stored in the RV. Storage of such items underneath, on top or outside the RV is not permitted. No tarps are allowed. All plants must be potted in proper containers and are subject to RV Resort approval of type, size, number, placement, etc. (e.g., no paint buckets or plastic nursery containers). No hot tubs or portable swimming pools are allowed at the site. No clotheslines, tents, cots or sleeping bags are allowed outside the RV.
10. No sheds, fences, canopies, latticework or other structures
No sheds, fences, canopies, latticework or other structures may be placed at the site. Only professionally manufactured awnings specifically intended to be attached to the RV are acceptable.
Due to the proximity to Pala Casino Spa & Resort, the Pala Casino RV Resort is intended for adult recreation and entertainment. Although families are welcome, many activities may not be suitable for children. Parents are responsible for and should be with their children at all times. Children are not allowed to use the Key Access Cards and must not be in or near the pool/spa area without adult supervision. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME.
Pets must be kept on a leash or confined to the RV owner’s site at all times. Up to three (3) pets, subject to approval, are allowed per site for an additional fee. Their total combined weight may not exceed 150 lbs. Please do not leave your pets unattended. Rattlesnakes and other wildlife have been found on the Resort. Additionally, temperatures can reach over 100°F in this area and could be hazardous to your pet’s safety. Pets must be taken off the RV Resort premises or to the designated “Dog Park” for exercise. All animal waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited anywhere in the Resort, including the RV owner’s site. The Resort reserves the right to deny the keeping of any pet at the Resort if RV Resort deems the pet to be a “problem.” Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the Resort. No animal is to be left outside the RV when the RV owner is away from the site. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by the pet.
13. RV Resort Facilities
All rules regarding the use of these facilities must be observed. Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any facility:
• Pool: Use of the swimming pool is limited to registered guests and their visitors during the posted hours of operation. Family hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Adult Hours are 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pets and smoking are not permitted. No food, alcohol or glass is permitted inside the pool area. Wheeled toys are not permitted inside the pool area. No running, jumping or diving is allowed. Children under the age of 18 years old should be supervised by an adult. It is understood there is NO lifeguard on duty at any time.
• Laundry Room: Use of the laundry room is restricted to registered guests during the posted hours of operation.
• Restrooms/Showers: Use of the restrooms/showers is restricted to registered guests and their visitors. Personal belongings may not be stored or left behind. All such items left behind will be discarded.
• Clubhouse: Use of the clubhouse is restricted to registered guests, family and visitors, and only during office hours.
14. Fire Safety
Fire safety is of the utmost importance at the RV Resort. No campfires are allowed in the Resort. A fire extinguisher must be available in the RV vehicle.
• Allowed: LP Gas for BBQ’s, fire pits (contained with screen) or heaters. When not in use, such equipment must be placed back in storage.
• Prohibited: Open flame equipment (not allowed).
15. Health and Safety
All posted signs regarding health, safety, ordinance and law must be observed and are strictly enforced.
16. All Public Laws and Ordinances
All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the RV Resort. The RV owner will notify management should it be necessary to call Pala Guest Safety.
17. Hazardous Materials
No hazardous materials may be used or stored on the site, nor disposed of or spilled inside the RV Resort at any time.
The following are NOT permitted on property: legal/illegal weapons, fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows & arrows, pellet guns, toy guns or anything that could be mistaken as a weapon.
The Pala RV Resort is situated adjacent to a natural wildlife habitat. Please do not feed the wildlife or leave food out or unsecured. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the wildlife.
20. Pala Casino RV Resort
Pala Casino RV Resort retains the right to alter and modify any of the Rules and Regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final; Pala Gaming Commission will investigate any disputes pertaining to the implementation of the Rules and Regulations.
Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to Pala Casino RV Resort property or threaten the safety of Resort guests will result in the termination of your stay. Additionally, RV Resort management and Pala Casino Spa & Resort Guest Safety reserve all rights to terminate guests’ stay for any reason.
