Credit

Casino Credit is a line of credit that can be used for table games and slots. Casino Credit provides a safe environment in which to play. Once approved, you sign a marker, or counter check for the amount you need, up to your approved limit. At the end of your trip any unused credit is paid back. The remainder of the outstanding credit is then deposited to your bank just as a check would be. With Casino Credit, there is no need to bring cash or carry your checkbook. The minimum credit line is $1,000. Simply download and complete the application. Once it has been completed, just drop it by the Main Casino Cage or mail it to:

Win/Loss Statement

The Win/Loss Statement is a report of your accumulated recorded play activity while using your Pala Privileges card for a previous year.  To obtain your Win/Loss Statement a Win/Loss Request form must be filled out and signed by the account holder and returned for processing. Simply print out and complete the Win Loss Request Form and return the completed form via email or mail to:

Personal Check Cashing

A personal check cashing line can be set up in minutes. You may apply for check cashing privileges at the Main Casino Cage. VALID I.D. IS REQUIRED. (Driver’s license or state issued I.D.). Checks are subject to approval by an outside agency. Only personal checks can be cashed.
