Pala Casino offers a full suite of convenient financial services, including Casino Credit, Check Cashing, ATM access, Debit and Credit Card advances, and easy requests for Win/Loss Statements - all designed to make your visit hassle-free.

Casino Credit

Casino Credit is a line of credit that can be used for table games and slots. Casino Credit provides a safe environment in which to play. Once approved, you sign a marker, or counter check for the amount you need, up to your approved limit. At the end of your trip any unused credit is paid back. The remainder of the outstanding credit is then deposited to your bank just as a check would be. With Casino Credit, there is no need to bring cash or carry your checkbook. The minimum credit line is $1,000. Simply download and complete the application. Once it has been completed, just drop it by the Main Casino Cage or mail it to:

Check Cashing

Check cashing gives you the ability to obtain funds from your personal checking account. A check cashing limit can be established in seconds by presenting your personal check and driver's license to the Casino Cashier.

ATM

Pala Casino offers ATMs which will allow you to make standard ATM withdrawals up to your daily limit set by your bank.

Debit Card Advance

Debit Card Advance offers guests the opportunity to withdraw amounts over the daily limit set by your bank for ATM withdrawals. A PIN number is required. See the Casino Cage for details.

Credit Card Advance

Credit Card Advance offers guests the opportunity to draw against their permitted credit card limit – without the use of a PIN number. See the Casino Cage for details.

Win/Loss Statement

The Win/Loss Statement is a report of your accumulated recorded play activity while using your Pala Privileges card for the previous year.  To obtain your Win/Loss Statement a Win/Loss Request form must be filled out and signed by the account holder and returned for processing. Simply print out and complete the Win Loss Request Form and return the completed form via email or mail to:

Up to 40 Bonus Entry Events may occur on select events through the NASCAR Cup Series throughout the promotion. Bonus Entry Events may take place at Pala Casino in conjunction with other promotions, through submissions on online marketing channels (website, social media), or offsite events associated with NASCAR sponsorship.

Guests enrolling for entry through online channels or offsite events will be asked to provide an email address as a mandatory field. This will serve as the open Entry “Unique ID”.  

Open entrants will be emailed their “entry voucher” prior to the July 4th drawing. Open entrant guests must enroll in Privileges Two (2) hours prior to the final drawing to have their entries added to the drawing to be eligible to win.  

On the drawing day, guests must activate their entries by swiping their Privileges Card at any promotional kiosk and selecting the drawing icon starting One (1) hour before the drawing. Once activated, entries will be automatically added to the virtual drawing drum. 

Winners must check in with the promotions representative within 5 minutes of being selected. If the winner does not report to the promotional table within the allotted time, they will forfeit their participation, and a new winner will be drawn; up to 2 redraws. 

The 10 winners selected will take part in the final reveal. Winners will select a box in the order chosen. All winners will open to reveal who won the His & Hers Rolex watches. All other winners will receive $2500 in Added Play.  

Winners must provide a valid photo ID and their Privileges card to verify their identity. 

Privileges Club members who do not use their own Privileges Card during the promotional period will be ineligible for participation. 

Winners are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, or assessments as required by Federal, State, and Local laws. 

Team members of Pala Casino Spa and Resort are not eligible for participation. 

Pala Casino reserves the right to alter or cancel any of these promotions without prior notice. Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the rules. In case of force majeure, safety factors, equipment malfunction or extenuating circumstances, Pala Casino reserves the right to modify procedures in keeping with the fairness and best interests of all participants. 

Management decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Pala Gaming Commission will investigate any disputes pertaining to the rules
