RV Resort FAQ

Pala Casino RV Resort joined the small percentage of resorts to be awarded the coveted 10/10*/10 rating from the industry’s leading publication Good Sam. Pala Casino RV Resort’s top marks are in every category including facilities, restrooms and showers and visual appearance.

There is no mail service on the property. Please make alternate arrangements with local mail service providers.

Fire Safety is of utmost importance at the RV Resort. Propane fire rings with a screen are welcome. Wood fires (even Duraflame logs) and all open flame fires are prohibited.

Yes, all canopies must be securely tethered/tied down. Our experience is that even the lovely Pala breeze will blow unsecured canopies into neighboring sites.

Yes, with proper safety equipment. Bikes cannot be used outside of the RV Resort. All children under 21 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Skateboards, remote control toys, bikes, and hoverboards must be operated with extreme caution.

Yes, we have 17-50 AMP pull through sites. Pull through sites are reserved for rigs that are 36 ft. and longer and those that require a 50 AMP site.

We accept RVs that are completely self-contained. This includes motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy boxes. We do not allow tent camping.

Yes, the pool is heated to 84 degrees. Our two spas are set at 98° and 102° degrees. The pool is open daily form 9am - 8pm. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

The maximum length of stay is 29 nights at a time. At the end of 29 nights, you will need to depart the casino property completely for 24 hours before you can rebook at the RV Resort.

Pop-up trailers and cabover (truck-mounted) campers are permitted only if they are fully self-contained, meaning they must have an onboard toilet and built-in holding tanks for fresh water and wastewater. Photos of the unit must be submitted for final approval prior to arrival.

RULES

  • By submitting an entry and providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort; consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

  • You must be a member of Pala Privileges to be eligible to win. Open to all Privileges card members in good standing. Membership is free.

  • Non-members must enroll in Privileges at Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort two (2) hours prior to the final drawing to have their entries added to the drawing to be eligible to win. 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

  • Slot Play Participants may earn entries during the earning period at a rate of 500 points = 1 entry

  • Table Games Participants may earn entries during the earning period at a rate of 1000 points = 1 entry

  • Excludes Keno, Video Poker, and Electronic Table Games

  • Up to 40 Entry Multiplier Days may occur on select days throughout the promotion. 

  • Up to 40 Bonus Entry Events may occur on select events through the NASCAR Cup Series throughout the promotion. Bonus Entry Events may take place at Pala Casino in conjunction with other promotions, through submissions on online marketing channels (website, social media), or offsite events associated with NASCAR sponsorship. Entries earned through these outlets and not through rated Pala Privileges play will be considered Open Entries.

  • Guests enrolling for entry through online channels or offsite events will be asked to provide an email address as a mandatory field.

  • Open entrants will be emailed their “entry voucher” prior to the July 4th drawing. 

  • All open entries must be reconciled to a valid Privileges account at Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort no later than two (2) hours prior to the final drawing. Name, email address, and date of birth on the entry must match the existing or newly established Privileges account, and valid government-issued photo ID is required for verification. Entries not reconciled by the deadline will be void.

  • On the drawing day, guests must activate their entries by swiping their Privileges Card at any promotional kiosk and selecting the drawing icon starting One (1) hour before the drawing. Once activated, entries will be automatically added to the virtual drawing drum.

  • Winners must check in with the promotions representative within 5 minutes of being selected. If the winner does not report to the promotional table within the allotted time, they will forfeit their participation, and a new winner will be drawn; up to 2 redraws.

  • The 10 winners selected will take part in the final reveal. Winners will select a box in the order chosen. All winners will open to reveal who won the His & Hers Rolex watches. All other winners will receive $2500 in Added Play. 

  • All Added Play prizes will be valid for 7 days from date/time of issuance. Any single prize greater than $2,500 will be awarded in weekly increments of $2,500. Any remaining balances under $2,500 will be paid in a lump sum.

  • Added Play cannot be converted into cash by a patron.

  • Added Play is automatically wagered before any cashable credits are wagered.

  • Winners must provide a valid photo ID and their Privileges card to verify their identity.

  • Privileges Club members who do not use their own Privileges Card during the promotional period will be ineligible for participation.

  • Winners are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, or assessments as required by Federal, State, and Local laws.

  • Team members of Pala Casino Spa and Resort are not eligible for participation.

  • Pala Casino reserves the right to alter or cancel any of these promotions without prior notice. Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the rules. In case of force majeure, safety factors, equipment malfunction or extenuating circumstances, Pala Casino reserves the right to modify procedures in keeping with the fairness and best interests of all participants.

  • Management decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Pala Gaming Commission will investigate any disputes pertaining to the rules

  • By participating in this promotion, you hereby grant express permission for the organizers to use your name in public notices, announcements, marketing materials, promotional content, and other promotion-related communications, both during and after the promotion. This includes but is not limited to publication on websites, social media platforms, press releases, advertising materials, and broadcast media. You acknowledge that such use of your name is necessary for the operational execution of this promotion. This permission is granted without expectation of compensation and remains valid unless formally revoked in writing, though such revocation will not affect any prior use of your name.
