All registered guests and visitors use the Pala Casino RV Resort facilities and amenities at their own risk. The Pala Casino RV Resort, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for loss, injury, or theft to persons or their property while on the Pala Casino RV Resort premises. The Pala Casino RV Resort is not responsible for its guest’s and visitors’ acts or “Acts of Nature.”

All guests must register at the RV Resort Office before proceeding to their assigned site. Guests are permitted to one (1) RV and two (2) vehicles per assigned site. The RV Resort does not store vehicles or RVs. RV owners are responsible for maintaining their assigned site in an orderly manner, which must be kept clean at all times. There is no mail service on the property; guests must make alternate arrangements with local mail service providers.

Pursuant to California Civil Code §§ 799.2 and 1866, a recreational vehicle may be removed from the RV Resort if a guest fails to vacate the site by the designated check-out time on the agreed departure date. Late check-out options may be available based on availability. Guests must contact the RV Resort Office prior to 12:00 PM on the day of departure to request a late check-out. Late departures are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the RV Resort. If confirmation is not received and the site is not vacated by check-out time, an additional full night’s stay may be charged, and the vehicle may be subject to removal. The RV Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation for any RV or vehicle, with or without notice or cause. No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused days. No rain checks or credits will be provided.

All recreational vehicles must be currently registered, well maintained, and in good operating condition. Any RV fifteen (15) years or older must receive prior approval from the RV Resort. RVs deemed to be in poor condition—including, but not limited to, broken or cracked windows, flat tires, excessive rust, significant dents, or those in need of paint—will not be permitted to remain in the RV Resort. Approved recreational vehicles include Class A, B, and C motorhomes, hard-sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. Pop-up tent trailers and cab-over truck campers require prior approval from the RV Resort. All RVs must be properly leveled and supported using appropriate equipment. Any RV that does not meet these standards may be required to leave the property without a refund.

All automobiles and motorcycles must be parked in designated parking areas. Each site is limited to two (2) standard-size passenger vehicles or two (2) motorcycles, and vehicles may not encroach upon adjacent sites. All automobiles and motorcycles must be currently registered and in good operating condition. Vehicles with flat tires, dead batteries, leaks, broken windows, or those otherwise deemed to be in generally poor condition, including exterior appearance, are not permitted within the RV Resort. Car washing, oil changes, vehicle maintenance (including fluids and tires), and washing of RVs are prohibited. Operation of any vehicle within the RV Resort—including automobiles, motorcycles, golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs—is limited to licensed adults only and must be conducted with extreme caution. All posted traffic signs must be obeyed. The posted speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced. Boats, utility trailers, storage trailers, and auto trailers are not permitted to be parked within the RV Resort without prior approval from the RV Resort. Children may ride as passengers but are not permitted to operate any vehicle at any time.

All travel trailers and fifth wheels must arrive with a tow vehicle. Guests may use their tow vehicles off property during their stay; however, travel trailers and fifth wheels may not be dropped off, left unattended, or abandoned. Cab-over truck campers are permitted by prior approval only. If approved, the truck must always remain attached to the cab-over camper, with no exceptions.

Wheeled toys, skateboards, remote-control toys, bicycles, and hoverboards must be always operated with extreme caution. Children must be accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older, and appropriate safety equipment must be worn. Wheeled toys, skateboards, remote-control toys, bicycles, and hoverboards may not be parked or left on the street, nor may they encroach upon other sites. All posted signs must be obeyed and are strictly enforced. Drones are prohibited within the Pala Band of Mission Indians Reservation to ensure the privacy and safety of all individuals. Throwing or playing with footballs, baseballs, Frisbees, or similar items are not permitted on streets or on neighboring sites.

Excessive noise is strictly prohibited within the RV Resort. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, motorcycles, diesel vehicles, or any vehicles with louder-than-standard exhaust are not permitted inside the RV Resort. Generators may not be used at any time. All guests are expected to be courteous to others, maintaining acceptable noise levels even during daytime hours. Loud music is not permitted at any time. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their family members and visitors. Any registered guest, family member, or visitor who creates a disturbance or behaves in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other guests may be required to leave the property. This rule does not apply to noises originating outside the RV Resort or those inherent to the surrounding environment, including the operations of the Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort.

Only outdoor patio furniture may be stored outside the RV. All indoor furniture, major appliances, and household or cleaning supplies must be stored inside the RV. Storage of any items underneath, on top of, or outside the RV is not permitted. All plants must be in proper containers and are subject to RV Resort approval regarding type, size, number, and placement (e.g., paint buckets or plastic nursery containers are not permitted). Hot tubs and portable swimming pools are not allowed at any site. Structures and accessories not specifically designed to attach to the RV are prohibited, including sheds, tents, latticework, clotheslines, tarps or bedding. Canopies (E-Z Ups) are allowed only if properly tethered.

The Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort is designed primarily for adult recreation and entertainment. While families are welcomed at the RV Resort, many activities may not be suitable for children. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children under the age of 18 and must always supervise them. Children may not use Access Cards or enter the pool or spa areas unless accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.

Domesticated pets are welcomed and must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet or confined within the RV owner’s assigned site; dog fences are allowed, but pets must not escape or jump over. A maximum of three (3) pets is allowed per site for an additional fee. Pets may not be left unattended or exposed to wildlife and may not be left outside the RV when the owner is away. A designated Dog Park is available for off-leash play. Pet owners must promptly pick up and dispose of all pet waste and are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or disturbance caused by their pets. The RV Resort reserves the right to refuse or remove any pet deemed disruptive, aggressive, or excessively noisy, which may result in removal of the pet or termination of the stay. Only pets belonging to registered RV guests are permitted on the property.

All rules regarding the use of the RV Resort facilities must be observed. Management reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any facility.

  • Pool: Use of the swimming pool is limited to registered guests and their visitors during posted hours of operation. No diapers, pets, or wheeled toys are allowed in the pool or spa areas. No running, jumping, or diving is permitted. Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty. Alcohol is permitted only for adults 21 and over with a valid government-issued ID and must be consumed responsibly. All glass containers and smoking are strictly prohibited. 

  • Laundry Room: Use of the laundry room is restricted to registered guests. No pets or smoking are allowed.

  • Restrooms/Showers: Use of the restrooms/showers are restricted to registered guests. Personal belongings may not be stored or left behind; items left behind will be discarded. No pets or smoking are allowed.

  • Clubhouse: Use of the Clubhouse is restricted to registered guests, family, and visitors and is available for a fee. The Clubhouse cannot be used during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). No pets or smoking are allowed.

Pavilion Area: Registered guests may reserve the Pavilion Area by coordinating with an RV Resort team member, subject to availability. The Pavilion Area may not be used during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Fire safety is of the utmost importance at the RV Resort. Campfires are not permitted anywhere within the RV Resort. All RVs must be equipped with a working fire extinguisher.

  • Allowed: LP gas–powered BBQs, contained fire pits with a screen, and heaters. When not in use, all such equipment must be properly extinguished and returned to storage.

  • Prohibited: Open-flame equipment and any wood-burning materials are not permitted, including firewood and Duraflame-type fire logs.

All posted health and safety signs must be observed and are strictly enforced.

Hazardous materials may not be used, stored, disposed of, or spilled anywhere within the RV Resort at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, flammable or combustible liquids, fuels, propane tanks not approved for RV use, gasoline, diesel, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, fireworks, explosives, corrosive substances, toxic waste, medical waste, and any other materials deemed hazardous under local, state, or federal regulations.

The following items are strictly prohibited on the property: legal or illegal weapons of any kind, firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows and arrows, pellet or BB guns, toy or replica guns, and any item that could reasonably be mistaken for a weapon.

The RV Resort is situated adjacent to natural habitats and wildlife. Guests should be wary of and not attempt to feed wildlife, which could be harmful or dangerous. Dispose of food and trash properly to avoid attracting animals.

Pala RV Resort reserves the right to modify or alter any Rules and Regulations to ensure fairness and the best interest of all participants. Management’s decisions in all disputes are final. Any violation of these rules that results in damage to The RV Resort or poses a threat to our guests’ safety may lead to immediate termination of your stay. Additionally, the RV Resort management and Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort Guest Safety reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay at their discretion.
