Guests who sign up off-property or online must complete the enrollment process on property within 30 days of signing up for a new Privileges Club card.
Guests who complete the new member enrollment process and assign a 4-digit PIN to their account will be eligible to participate in the New Member $25,000 Slot Tournament & 20X Points promotion.
Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
By participating in this New Member promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion.
Any and all disputes will be resolved by Pala’s management team.
Guests who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property, or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate.

Any Veteran or active military member who signs up for a Privileges Card will automatically qualify for a Pearl Card. As a Pearl Card member, military guests will be able to enjoy a variety of benefits, including a 10% discount in our Impulse Gift Shoppe. In addition, any Veteran or active military that already has a Privileges Card will be automatically upgraded to Pearl if at a lower tier.
